Pricing

Freemium: From Lindy's site (Oct 27, 2026): $50 in free credits to start, no credit card needed. Plans start at $49.99 per user per month with a shared credit pool. The Team plan lists 5,000 credits a month, and top-ups are $10 per 1,000 credits. Pro, Max, and Enterprise are named, but their prices weren't on the page, so those are unknown for now.

Getting set up

According to Lindy: setup takes minutes, with no API keys or IT ticket. An admin installs Lindy in Slack, everyone else links with one tap, and then anyone can @mention it in a channel it's been added to.

The plain-English overview

What if you could hand a whole job, like your inbox or lead follow-up, to AI the way you'd hand it to a new hire? That's Lindy's pitch. Here's what its official site says (we checked on Oct 27, 2026).

You work with Lindy where you already are: Slack, iMessage, email, and your browser. In Slack, you @mention it in a channel and it answers in the thread.

Here's what Lindy says it can do: First, connect to your tools. The site names Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Drive, and Calendar, and says 1,500+ more. It also supports MCP (a standard way to plug AI into other apps). If a tool has neither, Lindy says it can drive the browser like a person would (on Pro and up) or build its own integration. Next, meetings. Lindy can share meetings with your team, so people who weren't on the call still get the context, and you can ask questions about shared meetings later. Then, routines. Anything you do on repeat, like a morning brief or a Monday report, you can hand to Lindy on a schedule. And last, skills and memory. It comes with 40+ skills (research, data analysis, decks, dashboards). Do something once, save it as a skill, and your whole team gets it. Its memory lives in plain files you can open, read, and edit like a doc.

Privacy and control, in Lindy's words: your data is never sold or used to train models, and it's encrypted in transit and at rest. Lindy says it's SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA, and PIPEDA compliant. Actions that write or send can wait for your approval. And Lindy says nothing irreversible happens without your approval.

Pricing, as listed on the site: you start with $50 in free credits, no credit card required. After that, plans start at $49.99 per user per month, and the team shares one pool of credits. The Team plan lists 5,000 credits a month, with top-ups at $10 per 1,000 credits. Lindy says credits are about a cent each. Pro, Max, and Enterprise plans are mentioned, but we didn't see their prices on the page, so those are unknown for now.

A quick note: the customer quotes and results on Lindy's site are Lindy's own marketing, so we've left them out and stuck to features and plan details.
