A quick roundup of the pricing and plan details we spotted this month on popular small-business AI tools, from Grok Bot and Microsoft to Zapier, Notion, Google, and Intercom, each from the company's own pages.
Pricing pages change all the time, and the details matter when you're on a small budget. Here's what we spotted in October 2026. Every item comes from the company's own pages, checked on Oct 28, 2026.
Grok Bot: all three individual prices are now listed. xAI's page shows Premium at $30, Super at $100, and Ultra at $200 a month, each billed monthly. It also says extra usage beyond the weekly allowance is billed by token cost. Teams pricing isn't listed. Our Grok Bot pricing guide has the details.
Microsoft: new packaging since July. Microsoft's FAQ points to packaging and pricing updates for Microsoft 365 commercial suites from July 1, 2026. Microsoft now lists small-business plans with Copilot built in, like Business Standard with Copilot at $23.50 and Business Premium with Copilot at $32.00 per user per month (annual). There's also a Copilot Business add-on discount offer running from July 1 to December 31, 2026, for existing customers on eligible plans.
Zapier: one pricing model everywhere. Zapier's pricing page says AI steps, code, and its SDK now all follow the same task-based pricing model.
Notion: Custom Agents run on credits. Notion's pricing page says Custom Agents are free to try, then $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits.
Google Workspace: an intro discount. Google's pricing page shows up to 50% off the first three months for new customers, for a limited time.
Intercom: Fin 4 and per-outcome pricing. Fin's site announces Fin 4. Its listed pricing is $0.99 per outcome, with qualifications at $9.99.
What this means for you: First, check the billing basis. Monthly vs. annual, and per seat vs. per credit, can change what you really pay. Next, watch for usage-based extras. Several tools now bill some features on top of the base price. Then, note when intro offers end, so the regular price doesn't surprise you. And last, check back here. We'll keep watching.
