What it does

Setup in 4 steps

  1. Click Add to Grok Bot above, or Import Bot on the listing.
  2. Review what it includes and connects to, then click Add Bot (xAI's guide).
  3. Answer its setup questions: your fit rules, where leads come from, who owns leads and how to route them, your response window and lead goal, and a few more.
  4. Give it a first small job, check the result, then turn on scheduled jobs.

Example

A remodeling contractor getting leads from a web form and a home-services site (our example scenario)

  1. Write simple fit rules, like job size and service area.
  2. Paste last month's leads.
  3. Call the A-tier leads first.
  4. Turn on the daily triage once the tiers look right.
