Good fit for (our take)Teams that want quick, cited answers from their own help docs.
Starts fromA question and your docs site. Its listing says to connect Google Workspace apps after import, and that no secrets are included in the template.
Scheduled jobsIts listing shows memories and integrations, with no scheduled routines.

What it does
- Searches your public product docs before answering any product or how-to question, and cites the actual page.
- Uses connected sources like Slack, Notion, Linear, and Google Drive as extra context, not a substitute for docs.
- Says so plainly when a page is missing, thin, or won't load.
Setup in 4 steps
- Click Add to Grok Bot above, or Import Bot on the listing.
- Review what it includes and connects to, then click Add Bot (xAI's guide).
- Answer its setup questions: your public docs site, which knowledge sources to connect (optional).
- Give it a first small job, check the result, then turn on scheduled jobs.
Example
A five-person IT services shop with an internal how-to wiki (our example scenario)
- Point it at your docs site.
- Ask, "How do we reset a client's VPN?"
- Check the answer against the cited page.
- Fix any doc that came back thin.
Tips
- It is a great test of your docs. Thin answers point to thin pages.
- Connect one extra source at a time.
