The biggest new Grok Bot features from October 2026 releases before version 0.77, per xAI's changelog: Pages, Bot email addresses, slide decks, video creation, QuickBooks Online, and more.
Grok Bot shipped a lot in October. We covered version 0.77 separately. Here are the bigger new features from earlier October releases, from xAI's changelog, checked on Oct 28, 2026.
Pages (version 0.75.2, October 22). xAI says Bots can build Pages, such as reports, memos, and dashboards, that you edit together or have the Bot keep up to date. Page owners can share a Page with their whole organization or another team.
Video creation (0.75.2). Bots can create videos from a description or from an image you share.
More connections (0.75.2 and 0.70.2). You can connect Zoho CRM, and QuickBooks Online is available to connect. The built-in Gmail connection can attach files, reply all, and add a note when forwarding.
Bot email addresses (0.70.2, October 11). Bots can claim their own email address and receive mail there, and email they send from it waits for your approval on a draft card.
Templates on request (0.70.2). Bots can find a Bot template that fits what you describe and link it in the chat.
Slide decks (0.68.1, October 7). Bots can build slide decks with you, showing sample slides to choose from, and deliver them as PowerPoint files or Google Slides. Bots can also send formatted emails with headings, bold text, and lists.
What this means for you: First, try a Page for something you update every week, like a simple sales dashboard. Next, if you use QuickBooks Online, see what a Bot can help with, and keep approvals on anything financial. Then, keep Bot email on drafts until you trust what it writes.
