Grok Bot Languages and Accessibility Options

Checked against xAI's official docs on Oct 28, 2026

Does your team speak more than one language? Grok Bot's app comes in many. Here's what xAI's changelog says about languages and accessibility, checked on Oct 28, 2026.

Picking a language

Right-to-left layouts

Per the changelog, Arabic and Hebrew come with right-to-left layouts, and xAI keeps fixing details, like full-screen viewer close buttons sitting clear of the window controls.

Screen readers

xAI says screen readers announce a Bot's reply even when it arrives after the announcement that the Bot stopped. When you drag Bots or sections in the sidebar, screen readers announce their names and where they land.

Making it work for your team: our suggestions

These are our ideas, not xAI's.

  1. Let each teammate pick their own app language in Settings.
  2. Writing to customers in another language? See our translating messages playbook, and have a fluent speaker check anything important.
  3. If someone on your team uses a screen reader, ask them to try it out early and tell you what works.
