How we handle AI agent news: we name the original source, keep the company's claims separate from our own tests, and never make up announcements.
Here's how we do news at Agent Insider Lab, in plain English.
First, we only cover something when we can point you to the original source. That means the company's own docs, their official blog or help pages, or a dated filing. We don't make up launch dates, prices, or feature lists.
Next, our labels. Product facts we pull from official pages get "Verified from official docs," with the date we checked. Opinions and playbooks get "Conceptual." When a company quotes its own customers, we don't pass that off as our results.
Then, we keep things fresh. Facts that change often, like pricing, get rechecked on a short schedule (it's in our Editorial Standards). If we can't verify a detail, we leave it out or mark it unknown.
This page is about how we work, not a news story. Any updates we post later will link their sources the same way.
